Landhaus Marlies This lovely country house is located near the centre of the charming village of Neukirchen on the Großvenediger with a view of the lovely environment. On the ground floor you have a spacious apartment with an open kitchen equipped with all modern equipment. Extra ambience is provided by the lovely tile stove. which provides wonderful warmth in the winter. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. so plenty of space. The communal garden is available to you as well. Neukirchen am Großvenediger. with its ownWildkögel ski area. has lifts only 900 metres from the house. so it is an ideal destination in the winter. The free ski bus is stops about 200 metres away. The longest natural sledding track (14 km) in Europe is nearby! In the spring. summer and fall you are in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park. only a stone s throw from the Krimmel waterfalls. the Groβglockner route or Gerlos.
