Apartment Stocklbauer Niedernsill This farmhouse is more than 400 years old. It is in a charming country area near Kaprun and Zell am See. The house exudes an enchanting atmosphere of times past. The holiday home is on the second floor. It is spacious. well kept and has plenty of modern comforts. The spacious live-in kitchen has a balcony and a double sofa bed. There are two separate bedrooms for three people and two bathrooms. The home is ideal for an enjoyable holiday in summer and winter. Kaprun and Zell am See are a few minutes away by car. You can enjoy all the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer in summer. The wonderful Krimml Waterfalls. the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse and the Kaprun reservoir lakes are all within easy reach. The farm sells local produce depending on seasonality.

Untersteinhof Forstau’s Untersteinhof is a farm house with a petting zoo. The farm produces several organic products, including jam, honey and juices. The property has a children’s playground with a trampoline, a small swimming pool and sandpit.Apartments at the Untersteinhof have a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine and ski boot drying facilities are available for use in the basement.Also on site are a garden with barbecue facilities, and a small lake in which guests can swim or fish. Apartment Riedelkopf Annaberg The village of Annaberg is at an altitude of 777 metres. The village of Lungötz is not far. The two villages offer you a choice of an active or a relaxing holiday. The beautiful Dachstein Massive area near Annaberg is ideal for walks. The Lungötz. St. Martin. Dachstein West. Abtenau and Postalm ski-areas are family orientated and have uncrowded ski-slopes. The region has around 90 km of ski-runs. This apartment is at a slightly higher altitude of around 1.000 metres. It is surrounded by wide open spaces. The newly built apartment is on the second floor. It is luxuriously furnished and well equipped. The spacious living room has superb under-floor heating and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own access to a large terrace which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and ski-slopes. The holiday home is almost on the ski-slope in winter. You can then ski to the doorstep.

Neubach The small village of Lungötz is located near St. Martin Am Tennengebirge and Annaberg. This lovely house has a beautiful view over the village and is built on a small hill. You have the entire first floor all to yourself. so plenty of privacy.A large living room with direct access to the large balcony is charming and sociable. In addition. you have a separate kitchen with dining nook with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Next to the house is a carport with space for one car.Lungötz is in a quiet location and easily accessible. In the winter you can be in the ski areas of Dachstein West in just a few minutes. Of course. you can walk and make excursions in the beautiful surroundings at any time of year. Highly recommended for those looking for a wonderful accommodation with a great price/quality ratio.
